Sales Opener – Real Estate Leads (In-Office)

📍 Queens, NY | Full-Time | Entry-Level Welcome

Platinum Home Group is a fast-paced real estate investment firm that buys distressed properties, estate homes, and deals with complex title situations across New York. We’re looking for high-energy openers to make first contact with property owners and set the stage for our closers to lock in deals.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Call property owners from our internal lead database (NO cold list building)
• Build quick rapport and gather basic info about the property and the seller’s situation
• Prequalify and hand off hot leads to our closers
• Follow simple scripts and use our CRM (Pipedrive) to track conversations
• Make 100+ dials per day — fast, high-volume environment

💰 Compensation

• Hourly base + bonuses for every deal closed from your leads
