Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated Accounts Receivable Collections Associate to join our fantastic team!

As an Accounts Receivable Collections Associate, you will be assisting the Accounts Receivable Specialist/Supervisor to manage collections for our group of skilled nursing facilities. This includes but is not limited to:

• Facility collection activities
• Monitoring receivables
• Running aging reports
• Conducting audits

Qualifications

• Strong computer and communication skills
• Able to communicate with confidence to management
• Ability to multi-task between projects, payor types, and month-end-close deadlines
• Attention to detail and ability to understand, problem solve, track, and verbalize troubled/growing accounts and payor types
• Positive attitude and ability to work with multiple Business Office Managers and management

Job Type: Full-time, on-site.

This is an entry-level position. Experience with healthcare, Medicaid, and collections is a plus. Skilled nursing facility experience is a plus.

Salary commensurate with experience.
