Finance Coordinator – Premium Health
Location: 365 Route 59
Hours: Full-Time (Minimum 30 hours/week)
Salary: $70,000–$90,000/year, based on experience
About the Role:
Premium Health is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to our Finance Department. Working closely with the CFO, you’ll help ensure smooth department operations, manage schedules, assist with budgeting, track expenses, and support ongoing projects. This role is vital to maintaining financial accuracy and accountability, contributing to quality, community-based care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and background documents for the CFO
- Take detailed notes, summarize action items, and follow up on next steps
- Track departmental projects and initiatives to support timely completion
- Manage the CFO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prioritize engagements
- Assist with reviewing and responding to email communications
- Provide interim support for Finance team members when needed
- Act as liaison for the Finance team internally and across departments
- Assist with planning, monitoring, and managing budgets and expenditures
- Support special projects, ensuring attention to detail and deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information
- Adapt to evolving administrative and financial needs
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support
- Basic understanding of accounting/bookkeeping principles and budgeting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; accounting software experience (QuickBooks, Sage) preferred
- Strong organizational, analytical, and mathematical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and handle multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
