Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Full-Time or Part-Time

Location: Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, NYC, Staten Island

We are seeking passionate, qualified Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client assessments (including VB-MAPP, Vineland, etc.)
• Design and implement tailored behavior plans based on data analysis
• Supervise paraprofessionals and staff
• Provide parent training and support
• Collaborate with team members to achieve best outcomes for clients

Requirements:

• BCBA Certification and/or NYS LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) License
• Experience working with individuals with autism and knowledge of evidence-based practices
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Familiarity with VB-MAPP and Vineland assessments is a plus
• Fluency in Spanish is a bonus (not required)
