Job Title: Leadership Role – Licensed Mental Health Provider or BCBA

Yaldeinu School is seeking an experienced and dedicated licensed mental health provider or BCBA to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in behavior management, crisis intervention, and de-escalation, along with a proven ability to lead and coach staff effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee behavior management frameworks and interventions
• Support crisis response and de-escalation strategies
• Provide coaching, guidance, and leadership to clinical and educational teams
• Collaborate with administration to enhance student support systems

Qualifications:

• Licensed mental health professional or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
