Job Description

Shapiro Law Group, a boutique commercial real estate practice, is seeking a Junior Associate with 1–3 years of relevant experience to join our team in our Lakewood, New Jersey office. This is an in-office position.

Our firm represents sophisticated clients in complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, joint ventures, financings, and development projects across multiple jurisdictions. Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of experience in real estate, corporate, or transactional law
• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and with attention to detail
• Must be admitted in NY or NJ

The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000 - $265,000 (annually) and may vary depending on experience and other factors. There is also an opportunity for performance bonuses as well as origination credit for new clients introduced to the Firm.
