About the Role:

We are seeking licensed, professional, and dedicated specialists to join our school-based support team. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will work collaboratively with staff and families to help students reach their fullest potential.

Key Responsibilities (Role-Specific):

• Provide individualized and small-group sessions to support student goals
• Conduct evaluations and develop intervention or behavior plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with DOE standards
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure student progress
• Participate in team meetings and maintain professional communication

Qualifications:

• BCBA certification, as applicable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Organized, caring, and team-oriented
