We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Content Manager to lead our digital presence. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, branding, and using creativity to make a meaningful social impact.
Position Summary
The Social Media Content Manager will oversee the development and execution of LBAPS’s social media strategy. Responsibilities include creating engaging multimedia content, managing social platforms, and increasing brand awareness while maintaining alignment with LBAPS’s mission and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube).
- Design visually engaging and on-brand content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) and Canva.
- Create and manage social media calendars, campaigns, and promotions.
- Write compelling captions, posts, and stories that connect with families and highlight LBAPS’s services and success stories.
- Monitor trends, analytics, and engagement to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote events, hiring initiatives, and community engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and with empathy.
- Ensure all content complies with HIPAA and confidentiality guidelines.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field
- 2+ years of experience managing professional social media accounts or campaigns
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or InDesign) and Canva
- Strong creative writing and storytelling skills
- Understanding of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare, education, or ABA therapy
- Basic video editing or motion graphics skills
- Familiarity with SEO, keyword optimization, and audience growth strategies
