Position Overview
The Client Outreach & Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with client organizations, and helping streamline communication between clients and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to LBAPS’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach to potential clients to generate leads and connect with key decision-makers
- Follow up with organizations to maintain ongoing communication and relationships
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal support teams to ensure a smooth, supportive experience
- Develop insights and strategies for identifying new prospects and enhancing engagement
- Assist with onboarding and training processes to help new hires integrate effectively
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, positive attitude
- Strong organizational and networking abilities; experience with cold-calling and in-person outreach
- Proficiency in using online tools for information gathering and lead generation
- Experience in business development or coordinating sponsorship events is a plus
