Position Summary

The HR Representative will support daily human resources operations, ensure compliance with employment policies and regulations, and help foster a positive workplace culture. This role includes responsibilities in recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits coordination, and HR record management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee data updates
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Help implement HR initiatives and policies to promote employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
  • Assist with performance evaluations, employee recognition programs, and compliance tracking
  • Collaborate with leadership to support company culture and retention initiatives

Qualifications

Required:

  • Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, confidentiality, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems

Preferred:

  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA therapy settings
  • Knowledge of federal and state labor laws and HR best practices
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and onboarding platforms
