Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our leadership team as Clinical Director. This role is pivotal in ensuring clinical excellence, compliance, and the highest quality of care for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations and ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards.
- Supervise and mentor BCBAs, LBAs, and clinical staff.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
- Conduct assessments and provide guidance on intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement and staff development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification and LBA license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ABA therapy, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and clinical best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
