Job Description

An ABA company is seeking an organized and driven Operations Manager to oversee daily office operations and support smooth coordination across departments. This is a brand-new role with long-term growth potential and ongoing training provided.


Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations
  • Coordinate communication between departments
  • Support staff performance and accountability
  • Track metrics and maintain reporting systems
  • Use Excel, Monday.com, or similar tools to organize and monitor workflows
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
  • Assist leadership with planning and operational tasks


Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in operations or office management
  • Experience with project-management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to build and maintain systems for tracking KPIs
  • Self-driven, strong communicator, and comfortable taking initiative


Work Environment

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
  • In-office role
  • Collaborative, respectful, all-female team
