Job Description
An ABA company is seeking an organized and driven Operations Manager to oversee daily office operations and support smooth coordination across departments. This is a brand-new role with long-term growth potential and ongoing training provided.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Coordinate communication between departments
- Support staff performance and accountability
- Track metrics and maintain reporting systems
- Use Excel, Monday.com, or similar tools to organize and monitor workflows
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements
- Assist leadership with planning and operational tasks
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in operations or office management
- Experience with project-management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to build and maintain systems for tracking KPIs
- Self-driven, strong communicator, and comfortable taking initiative
Work Environment
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
- In-office role
