Position Summary

The Client Outreach Specialist plays a key role in connecting with potential clients, strengthening relationships, and supporting the growth of our network. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with people, building connections, and contributing to a mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to potential clients to generate leads and identify decision-makers
• Follow up with organizations to maintain communication and nurture relationships
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal support teams to ensure a smooth experience
• Develop strategies and insights to identify new opportunities and enhance engagement
• Assist with onboarding and training new hires to support team integration

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and networking skills, including cold-calling and drop-ins
• Ability to use online resources for research and lead generation
• Previous experience in business development or coordinating sponsorship events (preferred)
