Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our Internal Medicine Department. The ideal candidate has prior medical office experience and is familiar with medical terminology. This role is essential to supporting providers, assisting patients, and ensuring a smooth clinical workflow.

Schedule

• Sunday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Monday–Thursday: 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Document results reviewed with the provider and communicate them to patients
• Respond to patient medical questions as directed by the provider
• Process medication refills
• Complete medical forms
• Assist providers with various clinical and administrative tasks
• Perform duties assigned by the supervisor

Compensation

$21–$24 per hour
