Real Estate Acquisitions & Operations Associate
Location: Great Neck, NY (In-Office)

About Us
Bluerock Property Group is a fast-growing real estate investment firm specializing in nationwide multifamily acquisitions and luxury fix-and-flip projects across New York. We purchase properties as-is and operate as cash buyers. We are seeking a motivated, in-office team member to support our acquisitions department and assist with daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to property owners, agents, heirs, and attorneys
- Handle inbound calls and schedule appointments
- Research properties, comps, ownership history, tax records, and liens
- Source distressed, off-market, estate, and motivated-seller leads
- Organize documents, contracts, emails, and property files
- Coordinate showings and vendor access
- Update the CRM system and lead-tracking spreadsheets
- Provide general office support to keep acquisitions running smoothly
Requirements
- Must work on-site in the Great Neck office
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience is a plus but not required
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
