
Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Paralegal & Operations professional based in Hollywood, FL.
This role requires someone detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. We are informal and collegial, but we do operate in a fast-paced environment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaborating with attorneys and operations managers on the following:
Drafting documents
Preparing client facing executive summaries.
Forming legal entities
Managing CRM workflows
Communicating with clients
Supporting client onboarding (engagement letters)
Updating project checklists

Qualifications
3-5 years experience in a transactional law firm (representing private lenders, corporate borrowers, healthcare investors/operators, real estate investors, and high-net-worth individuals in complex corporate, M&A, finance, and real estate transactions).
Highly detail-oriented and organized.
Comfortable working / learning with and developing solutions for CRM tools and cloud-based systems (e.g., Filevine, etc).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience managing client relationships.
Proactive, adaptable and self-motivated.
