Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Co-Founder of a rapidly growing family office. This is a high visibility role requiring an individual who is exceptionally smart, highly organized, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative and operational support directly to the Co-Founder

• Manage a complex and ever-changing calendar, including afterhours availability when needed

• Prepare, track, and maintain detailed spreadsheets and reports

• Coordinate meetings, calls, travel, and project follow ups

• Organize workflows, streamline processes, and ensure tasks are completed with precision

• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

• Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise
