The Diamant Group is a fast-growing boutique insurance brokerage specializing in employee benefits for small and mid-sized businesses across the U.S. We’re hiring a driven, confident Business Development Executive to help us expand nationally.

This is a high-upside opportunity for someone who wants to build real income, develop elite sales skills, and grow into leadership.


What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and engage business owners and executives
  • Run intro calls and qualify opportunities
  • Present employee benefit solutions
  • Manage follow-ups and long-term relationships
  • Work directly with leadership on proposals and strategy
  • Use CRM tools to track and manage your pipeline
