The Diamant Group is a fast-growing boutique insurance brokerage specializing in employee benefits for small and mid-sized businesses across the U.S. We’re hiring a driven, confident Business Development Executive to help us expand nationally.
This is a high-upside opportunity for someone who wants to build real income, develop elite sales skills, and grow into leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and engage business owners and executives
- Run intro calls and qualify opportunities
- Present employee benefit solutions
- Manage follow-ups and long-term relationships
- Work directly with leadership on proposals and strategy
- Use CRM tools to track and manage your pipeline

- Strong communicator with confidence on the phone
- Organized, motivated, and goal-driven
- Comfortable with outreach and follow-ups
- Prior sales or business development experience preferred
- Open to candidates in any U.S. state
