About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Digital Initiatives Coordinator to manage and support a wide range of digital projects across the organization. This role bridges marketing, IT, operations, and client services—ensuring that digital platforms, campaigns, and systems run smoothly and align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working across multiple teams and technologies, including emerging tools like AI.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Plan and coordinate digital projects from concept to completion
  • Create project briefs, timelines, and track deliverables
  • Ensure tasks are completed on schedule and meet quality standards

Campaign & Digital Support

  • Assist in executing marketing initiatives such as online ads, email campaigns, CRM updates, and social media projects
  • Support daily operations across digital platforms

Content & Systems Management

  • Update and maintain websites, landing pages, and digital assets
  • Organize and manage archives, images, documents, and platform content
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across all digital channels

Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between marketing, IT, operations, leadership, and external vendors
  • Communicate project updates and coordinate cross-team needs

Reporting & Analytics

  • Collect, interpret, and present data to measure performance
  • Provide insights to optimize campaigns, workflows, and digital strategy

Research & Innovation

  • Explore new tools, technologies, and AI solutions
  • Recommend improvements to systems, workflows, and user experience

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with digital platforms (web, CRM, social media, SaaS tools)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Tech-savvy with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred:

  • Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make), APIs, or system integrations
  • Background in digital marketing, IT coordination, or operations
  • Understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta dashboards, CRM reporting)
  • Experience with AI tools or interest in emerging digital technologies
