Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager to assist families in navigating the Medicaid application process from start to finish. In this role, you will oversee every step of the application process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission. You will serve as the primary point of contact for families, guiding them, and ensuring Medicaid approval.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

·        Manage the end-to-end Medicaid application process for clients, ensuring all requirements are met for timely approvals.

·        Act as the main point of contact for families, providing guidance, answering questions, and addressing concerns throughout the application process.

·        Gather, review, and submit required documentation, following up with families and agencies as needed.

·        Maintain organized and accurate records in relevant databases and tracking systems.

·        Problem-solve and troubleshoot any issues or delays that may arise during the Medicaid application process.

·        Provide exceptional customer service through professional, compassionate, and clear communication.

Skills

·        Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple applications and reports simultaneously.

·        Excellent communication and customer service skills, particularly in phone-based interactions.

·        Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate records.

·        Ability to work collaboratively in a team while also managing independent responsibilities.

·        Medicaid knowledge is a plus.
