About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, people‑centered Chief Operating Officer (COO) who is ready to bring both strategic discipline and genuine heart to the role. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with CEO and Board of Directors to drive company stability and growth
  • Lead and optimize day‑to‑day operations across all departments
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable workflows, clear expectations, and accountable execution.
  • Strengthen operational infrastructure and develop scalable processes suited for a growing insurance organization.
  • Implement and refine SOPs in alignment with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Mentor leaders, support team performance, and foster a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Identify operational gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to advance organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Senior‑level experience leading operations, ideally within insurance or a regulated industry.
  • Strong understanding of insurance workflows and operational best practices.
  • Proven ability to build structure, alignment, and scalable systems in a growth‑phase environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and support managers at all levels.
  • Commitment to operational excellence, compliance, and a positive company culture.
  • Insurance experience a PLUS but not required

Location: North Jersey/ Monsey Area

Salary: 250k+ plus bonuses and benefits

Company Stage: Growing, established organization — young, but no longer in the start‑up phase.
