Now Hiring: ASD Client Outreach Specialist

Location: Brooklyn & Outer Boroughs

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site

Salary: $50,000–$75,000 per year + commission

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate ASD Client Outreach Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on connecting families, schools, and community partners with ASD evaluation services and guiding them through the evaluation process with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to families, schools, and community partners to connect children with ASD evaluation services
• Educate families and caregivers on the importance of early diagnosis and evaluation programs
• Schedule and coordinate ASD assessments in collaboration with the clinical team
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, follow-ups, and lead conversions in the CRM system
• Serve as a knowledgeable and supportive point of contact for families throughout the evaluation process
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless client experience
• Participate in training programs to develop skills in ASD services, client engagement, and communication strategies

Requirements:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Willingness to learn and participate in provided training
• Previous experience in sales, client outreach, or healthcare services is a plus, but not required
