Mount Behavioral Health is an Article 31 clinic dedicated to helping children and adolescents heal through trauma-informed, holistic care. Position Overview


We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor (LCSW) who leads with heart, clinical expertise, and a genuine passion for supporting clinicians. This role is ideal for someone who loves mentoring, values strong clinical standards, and enjoys fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment. This is a remote position with a primary focus on clinical supervision, quality of care, and teamwork.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide consistent, high-quality clinical supervision to therapists and peer advocates
  • Review clinical documentation to ensure quality, ethical care, and best practices
  • Offer mentorship, coaching, and support to clinicians at various stages of their careers
  • Maintain a trauma-informed, strengths-based supervisory approach
  • Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and clinical discussions
  • Support the onboarding and professional development of new clinicians
  • Contribute to a warm, respectful, and accountable clinical culture
  • Interview and recruit clinicians


Team Collaboration


  • Collaborate closely with clinicians, psychiatry, and peer support staff
  • Communicate openly and thoughtfully with leadership and team members
  • Support a team-first environment rooted in mutual respect and shared mission


Who We’re Looking For


LCSW licensed in New York, in good standing

Experience providing clinical supervision

Strong clinical background working with children, adolescents, and families

Comfortable supervising and supporting clinicians in a remote setting

Organized, reliable, and an excellent communicator

Compassionate, engaged, and deeply invested in clinician growth

Experience supervising peer support staff is a plus

Experience working with diverse populations
