Human Resources Generalist


Schedule: Full-Time


Premium Health is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. This role is central to creating a positive, compliant, and engaging workplace culture and serves as a key point of contact for staff and leadership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
  • Administer employee benefits, open enrollment, and leave programs (FMLA, ADA, STD)
  • Serve as a primary resource for employee relations and HR inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws (OSHA, HIPAA, EEO)
  • Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS systems (ADP Workforce)
  • Support performance management, investigations, and terminations
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR programs


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with benefits administration and employee relations
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
