Job Description

A Rockland County based construction company with a major active project in Florida is seeking an experienced Subcontractor Procurement & Pricing Manager to lead subcontract partnership, strategy, and ensure disciplined cost control across all trades.

This role is responsible for managing the full subcontractor engagement process, including bidding, leveling proposals, aligning scope and pricing expectations, structuring mutually beneficial trade relationships, maintaining competitive vendor networks, and protecting overall project margins. The position plays a key role in establishing long term, performance-driven collaborations with trade partners to ensure quality, accountability, and cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing all trades associated with this type of construction work, along with strong estimating and subcontract buyout experience, excellent commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of trade scopes, contracts, and cost management. Experience managing multi state projects is a plus.
