About the Role


We are seeking a motivated and organized Recruiter to join our growing ABA healthcare organization in Upper Saddle River, NJ. This is a full-time, in-office position focused on sourcing, screening, and placing qualified professionals to support our clinical and operational teams. The ideal candidate has a healthcare recruiting background, strong communication skills, and a passion for building great teams. Prior experience in ABA is preferred.



Key Responsibilities


  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles within the organization
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from initial outreach through offer and onboarding coordination
  • Review resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidate fit
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals
  • Post jobs on relevant platforms and utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, referrals, networking, etc.)
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and represent the company professionally
  • Work closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities
  • Meet hiring goals and performance targets in a fast-paced environment


Qualifications & Requirements


  • Previous recruiting experience required, preferably in healthcare
  • ABA industry experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities at once
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven, goal-oriented environment
  • Proficient with computers, ATS systems, and basic office software
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented


What We Offer


  • Base salary of $55,000–$60,000 plus commission
