• Create proposals and manage follow-through
• Collect pricing from vendors
• Coordinate with clients
• Open and manage projects in company software
• Handle contractor insurance documentation
• Manage DOT permits (filings, follow-ups, approvals)
• Work with city examiners
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
