Outreach & Administrative Assistant
We are a growing ABA company seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Outreach & Administrative Assistant to support our team and families.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is confident on the phone, and thrives in an organized, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach & Communication
- Respond to new inquiries from prospective families
- Call parents to explain services and guide them through the intake process
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
- Provide a warm, professional experience for families
Administrative Support
- Coordinate schedules between therapists and families
- Confirm appointments and send reminders
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and documentation
- Maintain organized digital records
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Qualifications
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and confident demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups
- Comfortable using email, scheduling software, and basic computer programs
Experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate.
Position Details
- Full-time or Part-time
- Flexible: In-office or Remote (depending on candidate fit)
- $22–$30 per hour
