Job Overview

A growing consumer brand is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support hiring, onboarding, compliance, and employee experience as the first dedicated HR hire.

Responsibilities

  • Employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Maintaining records and compliance
  • Coordinating PTO, timekeeping, and attendance policies
  • Supporting performance management and employee relations
  • Assisting with benefits administration and payroll liaison work
  • Recommending improvements to people processes


Qualifications

Candidates should have HR experience, maturity, strong follow-through, knowledge of HR laws and procedures, strong communication, judgment, emotional intelligence, and familiarity with HR software or willingness to learn.

Hours

24-30 per week, Fridays remote.

Salary

$75,000-$110,000 depending on experience and hours.
