A growing consumer brand is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support hiring, onboarding, compliance, and employee experience as the first dedicated HR hire.
Responsibilities
- Employee onboarding and offboarding
- Maintaining records and compliance
- Coordinating PTO, timekeeping, and attendance policies
- Supporting performance management and employee relations
- Assisting with benefits administration and payroll liaison work
- Recommending improvements to people processes
QualificationsCandidates should have HR experience, maturity, strong follow-through, knowledge of HR laws and procedures, strong communication, judgment, emotional intelligence, and familiarity with HR software or willingness to learn.
Hours24-30 per week, Fridays remote.
Salary$75,000-$110,000 depending on experience and hours.
