A Lakewood, NJ company is hiring an HR manager. Candidate must also have at least 2 years of recruiting experience. This is not a social office. Job includes being active on LinkedIn, recruiting therapists, conducting interviews, onboarding and HR related tasks. Looking for someone who has a strong understanding of recruitment tech tools. Candidate must have at least 1 year of management experience. Candidate will be responsible for managing a small team of remote talent acquisition specialists. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-3 pm, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
