Job Description

We are seeking a Revenue & Growth Manager to oversee the company’s revenue engine and provide leadership with clear visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and growth opportunities.


This role sits at the center of the company’s sales and marketing efforts, working closely with leadership and the sales team to ensure the pipeline is actively managed, opportunities are progressing, and strategic priorities are reflected in where the organization focuses its efforts.


The role does not involve direct selling or negotiating with customers. Instead, the Revenue & Growth Manager is responsible for managing pipeline discipline, maintaining revenue forecasting, and providing the strategic insights that help guide future growth.


What You Will Own

  1. Sales Pipeline Management
  2. Maintain full visibility across the CRM and ensure opportunities are properly tracked and progressing
  3. Identify stalled opportunities and work with the sales team to move deals forward
  4. Lead regular pipeline review meetings and maintain accountability across the team
  5. Revenue Reporting & Forecasting
  6. Build and maintain dashboards that track pipeline value, deal stages, conversion rates, and forecasted revenue
  7. Provide weekly and monthly revenue reports to leadership and maintain accurate forecasting
  8. Sales Strategy & Opportunity Prioritization
  9. Analyze pipeline data to determine which markets, projects, and customers should be prioritized
  10. Work with leadership to ensure the company focuses on the most strategic and high-value opportunities
  11. Marketing Coordination & Industry Visibility
  12. Coordinate marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with pipeline growth
  13. Evaluate industry conferences and trade shows, track leads generated, and measure return on investment
  14. Maintain organized records of contacts and ensure proper follow-up with the sales team
  15. Market Intelligence
  16. Monitor hospitality industry trends, hotel development activity, and competitor positioning
  17. Identify emerging opportunities and provide strategic insights that support revenue growth


Qualifications

  1. Strong analytical and organizational skills
  2. Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  3. Ability to manage complex pipelines and forecasting processes
  4. Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market opportunities
  5. Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with leadership and sales teams
