Location: Monsey, NY
Schedule: Approximately 24 hours per week
Compensation: $40–$45 per hour (based on experience)
An Assisted Living company located in Monsey is seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage key financial and accounting operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple accounting responsibilities independently.
This position offers flexible daily hours along with vacation and holiday pay.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll using ADP and Time Clock systems
- Manage accounts payable using QuickBooks
- Manage accounts receivable using QuickBooks and the Compucare Adult Home Program
- Oversee resident allowance trust accounts using the Compucare Adult Home Program
- Monitor company bank accounts daily and perform monthly reconciliations
- Maintain and track the monthly budget to ensure vendors are paid in a timely manner
- Prepare QuickBooks records for the accountant’s annual audit
Requirements- 7+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Experience working with QuickBooks
- Strong organizational and financial management skills
- Ability to manage multiple financial responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail
