About Us:

We are a growing spray foam insulation company operating throughout NYC, specializing in projects in tenant-occupied residential buildings. Our work requires strong coordination, professionalism, and skilled crews who can work efficiently in active buildings.

We are looking for a hands-on Crew Foreman who can lead one field crew and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This role has potential for growth into managing multiple crews as the company expands.

Position Overview:

The Crew Foreman will manage and work alongside a field crew of installers, ensuring daily production goals are met and work is performed safely and correctly.

This is a hands-on leadership role, and the foreman will work in the field with their team while ensuring the job runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise one field crew of installers

• Perform hands-on work alongside the team when needed

• Ensure jobs are completed safely and efficiently

• Maintain job site organization and safety compliance

• Ensure proper preparation and protection of tenant apartments

• Track daily production and crew performance

• Communicate issues or delays promptly

• Maintain professionalism while working in tenant-occupied buildings

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in construction or a skilled trade

• Experience leading a small crew or acting as a foreman preferred

• Spray foam or insulation experience a strong plus

• Ability to lead by example and work alongside the team

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Comfortable working in occupied residential buildings

• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus

• Ability to travel throughout the five boroughs
