PolyMaven, a supplier of flexible packaging, is seeking a reliable and organized Account Managing Executive to manage customer inquiries and support existing customers 

Responsibilities:

* Respond to inbound customer inquiries

* Prepare and send product quotes

* Follow up with leads and existing customers

* Track leads and activity in HubSpot CRM

* Maintain clear communication with customers regarding orders and timelines
