Description / Position Overview

This role owns the daily order risk process and exists to protect promised ship dates by identifying fulfillment issues early, securing accurate timelines, and driving cross-functional resolution before delays impact customers. The No Stock & Order Fulfillment Specialist manages at-risk orders, coordinates with production, purchasing, and planning teams, and ensures every impacted order has a clear action plan and defined ownership. This role operates in a fast-paced daily execution cadence where issues must be identified, escalated, and resolved quickly to maintain reliable fulfillment performance.

Requirements

  • Strong Excel skills including filtering, sorting, and pivot tables
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving operational environment
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across departments
  • Comfortable escalating operational risks and driving accountability
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and remove operational bottlenecks


Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the daily No Stock report and identify orders at risk of delay
  • Prioritize actions to protect promised ship dates and reduce fulfillment disruptions
  • Ensure every impacted order has a documented action plan and next step
  • Coordinate with production, purchasing, and planning teams to secure accurate ETAs
  • Drive follow-up and accountability across departments until issues are resolved
  • Escalate risks early when timelines are at risk
  • Maintain clear documentation and status visibility for all at-risk orders
  • Identify operational bottlenecks affecting fulfillment performance
  • Support improvements that increase order accuracy and on-time delivery
