Location: Brooklyn, NY

Schedule: Full Time (Preferred) – 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Open to Part Time (Morning Session or Afternoon Session)

Salary: $95,000 – $100,000 based on experience

A Special Education School in Brooklyn is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their team for the upcoming school year.

This role focuses on supporting students with physical and mobility challenges so they can participate more effectively in the school environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide physical therapy services to students in individual and small group settings
2. Develop and implement therapy plans that support student mobility and strength
3. Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate therapy strategies in the classroom
4. Track and document student progress and therapy goals
5. Support students in developing motor skills and functional mobility

Qualifications

1. Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
2. New York State PT license
3. Experience working with pediatric or school populations preferred
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills
