Job Description

Seeking a Head of Marketing to lead and manage all digital and brand marketing

initiatives for the organization. This role will be responsible for building and executing strategies that

strengthen the companies online presence, expand brand visibility, and support the organization’s

continued growth.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute companies overall marketing strategy

• Lead SEO strategy including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content growth

• Manage Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization

• Oversee Google Ads and other paid advertising campaigns

• Lead social media strategy and content across major platforms

• Oversee blog content, educational resources, and website content

• Maintain and strengthen companies brand messaging and voice

• Manage online reputation including review strategy and testimonial development

• Oversee directory listings and local search visibility

• Coordinate press releases, media outreach, and PR opportunities

• Develop marketing campaigns and awareness initiatives

• Oversee creation of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and presentations

• Manage marketing efforts for events such as ribbon cuttings, open houses, and conferences

• Track website analytics, SEO rankings, and campaign performance

• Use data and insights to improve marketing effectiveness
