Location: Brooklyn, NY

Position: Day Habilitation Program

A Brooklyn-based Day Habilitation program is seeking caring, responsible, and energetic Male Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with developmental disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and positive work environment.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Assisting individuals with daily activities and personal goals
2. Providing supervision, guidance, and encouragement
3. Supporting community outings and program activities
4. Maintaining a safe, respectful, and engaging environment

Qualifications:

1. Compassionate, patient, and dependable
2. Ability to work well with individuals with developmental disabilities
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills
4. Prior DSP experience a plus (training may be provided)
