Family in Houston seeking a responsible, engaging teacher or education-minded caregiver to help with structured learning and enrichment for our three young children (ages 3/almost 4, 2, and 1). Teaching experience is strongly preferred (early childhood, homeschool, classroom, tutoring, etc.). This is ideally a long-term position, but we are also open to a summer-only arrangement for the right candidate. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a warm, calm learning environment and keeping little kids meaningfully engaged through age-appropriate activities. We have a structured home, value consistency and kindness. Curriculum will be provided, but compensation can be given for someone who can take initiative with lesson planning and daily routines. Family lives in the center of the frum Jewish community with easy access to multiple shuls, kosher grocery stores, Jewish services, etc.

• Location: Houston, TX
• Schedule: Part-time, weekdays (hours somewhat flexible for the right candidate)
• Children: 3 young children (close in age)
• Duties: Structured learning/activities, reading, early skills, play-based learning, basic Jewish learning/values, child supervision, child-related tidying and cleanup
• Live-in option: Available (private accommodations)
• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
