Assistant Teachers play an integral role in maintaining our commitment to quality education by fostering a positive, respectful, and supportive team atmosphere between Teachers, Assistants, and SEIT providers. You’ll help inspire each child’s potential through innovative curriculum, meaningful family partnerships, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

Position Details:

1. Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
2. Pay: $19–$22 per hour

Responsibilities:

1. Support lead teachers in classroom activities and daily routines
2. Implement developmentally appropriate lessons and play-based learning
3. Use positive behavior management strategies
4. Engage children at eye level, on the floor, through play and conversation
5. Assist with lesson plans, assessments, and classroom documentation
6. Help maintain a safe, caring, and organized classroom environment

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or GED required
2. Associate degree in Early Childhood Education (or currently pursuing) preferred
3. Previous experience in an early childhood setting preferred
4. First Aid & CPR certification a plus
