Job Description

We’re hiring a Crew Manager to take full ownership of planning, scheduling, and field execution for our delivery and install teams. This role is responsible for building efficient daily routes and ensuring crews execute jobs on time, safely, and correctly.

You’ll be the key operator connecting the office and the field making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and manage daily crew schedules and truck routes for maximum efficiency
• Coordinate with Sales and CSR to align schedules with job readiness
• Assign crews based on job scope, location, and skillset
• Adjust routes and schedules in real time as issues come up
• Lead delivery and install crews in the field
• Hold teams accountable for productivity, timing, and quality
• Troubleshoot job-site issues and keep operations moving
• Oversee all installs and deliveries from planning to completion
• Ensure proper manpower, equipment, and job preparation
• Coordinate warehouse pickups, trucking, and third-party installers when needed
• Reschedule and close out incomplete work
• Enforce safety standards and professional work practices
• Ensure job documentation, photos, and reporting are completed
• Identify and improve inefficiencies in scheduling and operations

• Strong leadership and decision-making under pressure
• Highly organized with strong operational thinking
• Ability to solve problems quickly in fast-moving field conditions
