Position Overview

Established ABA company seeking an ABA Medical Billing Supervisor to oversee a team of 3 and manage billing operations end-to-end. This is a hands-on role focused on clean claims, collections, and overall billing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA billing operations and team performance
• Manage and support a team of 3 billers
• Submit, track, and follow up on claims
• Handle denials, rejections, and appeals
• Monitor AR, collections, and aging
• Ensure authorizations align with billing
• Improve processes and maintain compliance

• Direct ABA billing experience required
• Experience overseeing or managing a billing team required
• Strong knowledge of ABA CPT codes and payer requirements
• Experience with EMR systems, preferably CentralReach
• Strong background in AR, collections, and denial management
• Able to work independently in a remote environment

• Own the billing function
• Leadership role with impact
• Fully remote
