Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs for the team
- Coach and mentor student-athletes
- Organize and conduct practices and games
- Foster a positive and competitive team environment
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school staff
Qualifications
- Previous coaching experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals
- Ability to motivate and inspire young athletes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
