A growing fashion company is seeking a creative and experienced Fashion Designer to join our team! If you’re passionate about fashion and love bringing fresh ideas to life, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

📍 Location: Staten Island, NY 10309 (In-Office | Hybrid option available)
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday
⏳ Hours: 30–39 hours/week (Part-time or Full-time)
💰 Salary: $50,000 – $100,000 annually

What You’ll Do

• Lead the full design & sketch process for women’s and children’s wear
• Develop creative concepts and contribute to clothing lines
• Stay ahead of trends and bring a strong fashion-forward perspective
• Collaborate on designs from concept through development

• Passion for fashion and design
• Strong creativity and ability to develop fresh ideas
• Detail-oriented, organized, and punctual
• Flexible and able to manage time commitments effectively

• Experience creating detailed flat sketches
• Ability to prepare full tech packs
• Strong understanding of fit, fabrics, trims, and garment construction
• Experience leading fittings and taking precise notes
• Familiarity with production processes and vendor communication
