Salary: $200,000+
We are seeking a high-impact VP of Sales to lead and scale our national sales organization in the packaging and manufacturing industry. This is a leadership role for someone with real drive, energy, and passion for building winning teams, growing revenue, and creating a culture of accountability and performance.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales leader who knows how to motivate people, develop talent, open major accounts, and execute at a high level in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and grow the sales organization across multiple markets and channels
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing sales managers and sales representatives
- Build a culture focused on accountability, urgency, execution, and results
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive consistent revenue growth
- Expand relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities
- Analyze sales performance metrics and improve team effectiveness
- Work closely with operations, production, and leadership to ensure strong customer execution
- Create scalable sales processes, forecasting systems, and pipeline management
- Drive both new business development and long-term account growth
