Company Overview:

We are a leading supplier of doors, frames, and hardware to the hospitality industry, serving hotels across the United States. Our Renovation Department focuses on working with hotels undergoing upgrades and remodeling, ensuring they get the right products, on time, and within budget.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to manage and grow our renovation customer base. This role is all about building strong relationships with existing clients, making sure we win every possible deal, and actively reaching out to past and potential new customers to expand our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Existing Customers: Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel renovation clients to ensure they continue choosing us.
  • Win More Deals: Stay on top of every opportunity, following up consistently to secure each job.
  • Re-engage Past Clients: Reach out to hotels and management companies that haven’t bought from us recently and find ways to bring them back.
  • Grow Your Customer Base: Identify and pursue new renovation opportunities, expanding our reach within the hospitality industry.
  • Work with Internal Teams: Coordinate with estimating and operations.
  • Track Sales Activity: Keep records of conversations, deals, and opportunities to stay organized and drive results.


Qualifications:

  • Sales or account management experience, preferably in construction, hospitality, or a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, go-getter attitude with a focus on closing deals and expanding accounts.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Comfortable making follow-up calls, keeping in touch with customers, and prospecting new leads.
