Growing risk management services company supporting construction, healthcare, nursing, and manufacturing clients.
The company helps clients manage:

  • General liability incidents

  • Claims coordination

  • Risk investigations
  • Stakeholder communication

We are looking for a strong Operations / Office Manager to bring structure, accountability, and operational oversight to the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations and workflows
  • Ensure clients are updated and managed properly
  • Improve processes and communication
  • Manage internal accountability and follow-up
  • Track billing and operational efficiency
  • Standardize procedures and service delivery
  • Support growth and scalability

Ideal Background:
  • Strong operations or office management experience
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple moving parts
  • Experience in service businesses, claims, construction, healthcare, manufacturing, or risk management is a plus
