Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

A growing company in the kitchen & bath industry is looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, deliveries, inventory coordination, and vendor communication.

This role is ideal for someone practical, detail-oriented, and strong at following through. The right candidate will help ensure shipments are accurate, deliveries go out complete and on time, inventory is organized, and communication between vendors, contractors, customers, and internal teams runs smoothly.

There is strong growth potential for the right person to move into a Warehouse Manager role.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate incoming shipments and outgoing deliveries
• Verify shipments and invoices for accuracy
• Ensure deliveries are complete and undamaged
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, customers, and contractors
• Track orders, inventory, and shipment updates
• Follow up on missing items, delays, or delivery issues
• Help maintain an organized warehouse
• Assist with loading/unloading materials when needed
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts

• Forklift experience required
• Ability to perform some heavy lifting
• 1–5 years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or related experience
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple moving parts
• Experience with Excel, inventory systems, NetSuite, Smartsheet, or similar tools is a plus
