Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome showroom clients and understand their project needs and goals
  • Guide homeowners, designers, and contractors through product selections and decisions
  • Explain kitchen, bathroom, tile, vanity, flooring, and related product options clearly and professionally
  • Manage the sales process from inquiry through follow-up, closing, ordering, and completion
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads, active opportunities, and current clients
  • Track pipeline activity, next steps, and follow-ups in the CRM system
  • Identify opportunities to upsell products and strengthen client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, deliveries, pickups, vendor communication, and project updates
  • Communicate client requirements clearly across departments
  • Follow the company’s sales process while keeping clients informed and supported throughout the project

Qualifications:
  • Strong sales ability with a client-focused and relationship-driven approach
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and personable style
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple clients and follow-ups
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable working full-time in a showroom environment

Preferred:
  • 1–3+ years of sales experience
  • Experience in kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, tile, home improvement, or related industries is a plus
  • Experience reading CAD drawings or measurements is a strong plus
  • Zoho CRM experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
