A Monsey, NY company is hiring a recruiter. Looking for a very strong sourcer, head hunter type, who will actively seek out and engage quality candidates through networking, outreach, sourcing strategies, and relationship building. Job includes managing full-cycle recruiting, proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, reviewing resumes and conducting initial candidate screenings, and coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers. Candidate will also be carrying out some HR related tasks. Looking for someone with at least 2 years of prior recruiting experience. Benefits include PTO and holiday/vacation pay. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Mon-Thurs, 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
